If you are working in a multi-user environment, it is recommended that you first read the section on Multi-user Considerations. This page explains the concept of ownership and sharing of data between multiple users and contains vital information to prevent overwriting and loss of work. 

When you have a project database with items inside, you can easily search and load them into your session (see Loading Items Already in the Project). External datasets and items not in the project database can be imported into Insight (see Importing Items into the Project).

If you wish to remove an item from the project, see Deleting an Item. However, you can only do that if you are the owner of the item.
