Troubleshooting Workflow Submission Issues
In some instances, you may run into some issues when attempting to submit a workflow to the Local Job Scheduler. The following are a few common issues and steps you can take to resolve them.
The Build Workflow button is not visible
This issue occurs when Insight cannot detect the Local Job Scheduler. Please perform the following actions to resolve the issue:
- Check that the installation was successful. For more information, refer to Download and Installing on Windows.
- Check that the DUG Local Job Scheduler Service is running. For more information, refer to Get Service Status.
- Check the Insight logs for any error message related to the Local Job Scheduler. For more information on how to do this, refer to Viewing and Sending Diagnostic Logs.
The Submit Workflow process is unsuccessful
A common reason for this is inadequate permission to the workflow directory. Ensure that DugQueue has the Modify permission to the workflow directory.
