Create Synthetics from Model

Description Create a synthetic volume from elastic model volumes.

This process creates a synthetic volume from elastic model volumes.

Configure Input Parameters

  1. P-impedance volume: Assign a time volume with data class P Impedance.
  2. Angle of incidence: Specify an angle of incidence.  
  3. Wavelet:  Select the wavelet to be used in the process (see Creating a Wavelet Field)
  4. S-impedance: Assign a time volume with data class S Impedance.
    • Not applicable if the angle of incidence is 0.
  5. Density volume: Assign a time volume with data class Density.
    • Not applicable if the angle of incidence is 0.
