Insight allows you to import a horizon which is saved in a text file (.dat extension) using the text impoter.

When you're importing a wafelet field (in .wf file extension) that is using a different CRS from the CRS you've defined for a project, Insight is able to convert it to the project CRS.

When you're importing a mute that is using a different CRS from the CRS you've defined for a project, Insight is able to convert it to the project CRS.

When you're importing faults that are using a different CRS from the CRS you've defined for a project, Insight is able to convert it to the project CRS.

When you're importing a horizon that is on the XY grids, Insight is able to convert the horizon's CRS if the CRS to the project CRS. This function is used if the imported horizon is using a different CRS from the CRS you've defined for a project.

When you're importing a survey that is using a different CRS from the CRS you've defined for a project, Insight is able to convert it to the project CRS.
