Insight allows you to quickly and easily copy an existing horizon. This is useful when you need to edit a horizon which you do not own or edit a horizon in another copy without changing the original horizon. There are several ways to copy a horizon.

Horizons can also be edited by right clicking on the horizon and using the context menu.

Once you've created a horizon and saved the current session, this horizon will be added to the project database. You can add any horizon that is saved in the project database to another session in the same project.

Before exporting a volume to SEG-Y, Insight allows you to edit the SEG-Y text headers to match to your standard format. If you already have a template, you can also load it to use.
