Description Restores a mute saved in the MUTS and MUTE headers

Restores a mute saved in the MUTS and MUTE headers (usually created with the Detect Mute process)

Note: All samples above MUTS and below MUTE will be set to NaN.

  1. In the Control Panel, open the Process tab.
  2. At the tab header, click the Add icon and select New Process.
  3. Scroll down and double-click on Restore Mute.
  4. Type a name for the process and click OK.

Configuring Restore Mute

Volume: Select the input volume

Note: Care must be taken with the MUTS and MUTE values. These headers must specify the number of muted samples at the start and end of the trace, respectively. If the sum of MUTS and MUTE equals or exceeds NS, the entire trace is muted.
